With the reputation of Hakuba as one of the worlds best snow sports resorts growing quickly, the increasing numbers of international guests is demanding better international class accommodation. To meet this demand, Hakuba Gondola Apartments have been born. Currently under construction, the executive self contained apartments will be launched in the 2012 sumer season.
Brand New Executive Apartments
As the name suggests, Hakuba Gondola Apartments are located right next to Hakuba Happo One’s main Gondola (ADAM Gondola). The ski-in apartments are just few meters from the ski field and Shirakaba lifts and only 30 seconds from the Happo Gondola entrance itself and central Hakuba ticket office. You simply cannot get self-catering Hakuba accommodation closer to both the Happo village amenities and ski fields. Each of the five fully self contained apartments have direct views of the Happo-One ski field and picturesque Happo village.

The five, self catering, executive apartments have been designed to meet the needs of demanding international tourists and will be finished to the highest level. Each apartment will have beautiful American solid hardwood floors with individual zone controlled underfloor hydronic heating. The spacious living rooms will have feature fireplaces. Modern furniture and comfy imported leather sofas will adorn the apartments to complete the luxurious feel.

Kitchens
Modern kitchens with granite and imported stainless steel appliances will provide a professional level culinary environment. Hakuba Gondola Apartments kitchens will be complete with all the tools needed for self catering.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms will feature granite and tile with spacious glass walled showers and granite vanity systems. High pressure hot water on demand. High quality imported hardware.
The three bedroom apartments will have 2 fully equipped bathrooms while the two bedroom apartment will have one bathroom.

Bedrooms
Bedrooms will be furnished with luxurious queen or twin single beds with ultra warm feather and down duvees. The bespoke bedroom furniture will accent the solid hardwood flooring making the rooms a pleasure to retire to after hours.

The Hakuba Gondola Apartments complex will comprise of 5, three bedroom apartments and 1, two bedroom apartment. Each of the three bedroom apartments will have two bathrooms and will measure 100-120 square meters in size. The two bedroom / one bathroom, apartment will be 60 square meters.
